本文介绍了针对飞机成形模具工艺而开发的MJCAPP智能软件包。该系统由编码系统、专家系统(推理机、知识库、数据库)及自学习系统组成。系统的运行过程是:图纸信息→编码系统→专家系统→工艺文件,实现了模具工艺设计的自动化,标准化与优化。

Intelligent package MJCAPP developed for aircraft part forming die process planning is introduced in this paper. This system contains coding system, expert system (reasoning machine, knowledge bank, data base) and self-learning system. The implementing process of the system is as follows: drawing information → coding system →expert system→ process documentation. Thus the automation, standardization and optimization of the die process planning are realized.
