本文从理论和试验两方面对尼龙嵌件锁紧螺钉的防松机理进行了分析,在此基础上得出有关的设计计算公式,并给出应用实例。

In this paper the locking mechanism for screws with nylon insert is analysed theoretically and experimentally. As a result, the calculation equations are presented for practical design purpose. And a real example is given for their applications on an airplane.
