摘要
啤酒废水经酸化预处理后进入人工湿地.床体中充填适量石灰石,起到了调节pH值和提高氧化还原电位(ORP)的作用.在进水12h,排水12h,水力停留时间(HRT)4d的条件下,面积负荷2511kgCOD/ha·d,有效容积负荷0 22kgCOD/m3·d,大大超出了系统的处理能力;而面积负荷1080kgCOD/ha·d,有效容积负荷0 092kgCOD/m3·d,系统出水COD浓度小于100mg/L.进水6h,排水6h,HRT2d,周期处理水量不变,面积负荷2160kgCOD/ha·d,有效容积负荷0 184kgCOD/m3·d,系统出水COD浓度小于100mg/L.结果表明,间歇流方式进出水,可以最大程度地利用床体上层的大气复氧,缓解了水生植物根系放氧不足的矛盾;适当缩短间歇流周期,可以提高系统处理废水的能力.
Constructed wetland received pre-acidified brewery wastewater.Appropriate amount of limestone filled in bed played the role of adjusting pH value and raising redox potential.Under the condition of 12h fill,12h withdrawing and hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 4 days,the capacity of system was exceeded greatly at area loading rate of 2511kgCOD/ha.d and efficient volume loading rate of 0.22kgCOD/m^3.d.But effluent achieved less than 100mg/L of COD concentration at area loading rate of 1080kgCOD/ha.d and efficient volume loading rate of 0.092kgCOD/m^3.d.Under the condition of 6h fill,6h withdrawing and HRT of 2 days,keeping constant amount of wastewater during one period,effluent achieved less than 100mg/L of COD concentration at area loading rate of 2160kgCOD/ha.d and efficient volume loading rate of 0.184kgCOD/m^3.d.The results showed that input and output by the way of tides flow utilized atmosphere reaeration at a large degree,compensating the inadequacy of releasing oxygen of aquatic roots,and appropriate shorter period of batch flow improved the capacity of system.
