分光光度法快速测定工业废水中COD

Quick COD Measuration of Industrial Wastewater by Spectrophotometry

采用硫酸磷酸消化体系,消化5min后用分光光度法测定COD值,通过对5种有机物和6种工业废水进行的实验,结果表明,采用此法获得的COD值与标准回流法基本相同,线性范围为50mg/L～2000mg/L,水样COD为200mg/L时,测量变异系数为4 1%.

The vitriol-phosphoric acid digestive system was adopted to measure COD rapidly.The digesting time needed only 5 min,and then COD may be measured by spectrophotometer.The test results of 5 kinds of organic substances and 6 kinds of industrial wastewater showed that the COD value obtained by this method was similar to normal reflux method.Linear scope of measuration is 50-2000mg/L.Variation coefficient is 4.1%,when COD is 200mg/L.
