新型工业化道路之“新”解读——以浙江省为例

Decoding the "Modern" of the Modern Way for Industrialization——Take the situations of Zhejiang Province as an example

面对经济全球化潮流,中国将走一条与传统工业化全然不同的新型工业化道路。目前对新型工业化的研究主要涉及可持续发展、产业结构升级、竞争创新、全局观四种视角。新型工业化道路之"新"在于两个层面:新的时代背景和新的体制背景。作为中国经济最富有活力的省份之一,浙江在走新型工业化道路方面取得了成绩,但存在的问题也值得进一步研究:重化工业的地位如何摆正,区域工业布局如何协调,新型工业化的衡量标准如何制定和指标体系如何建设。

Facing the trend of economic globalization, China should walk in a brand-new way that is entirely different from traditional industries. At present, the study of new industrialization is undertaking in four angels: sustainable development, upgrade of industrial structure, competition and innovation, and sight of whole situation. We should probe into the 'modern' of modern industrialization in two layers: new background of era, and new background of system. As one of the most booming provinces in economy, Zhejiang has achieved progress in modern industrialization, but there are still some problems urgent to be studied: how to treat heavy chemical industry, how to adjust regional industrial distribution, how to judge the standard of new industrialization and how to build its index system.
