This paper emphasizes on the setting-up of a proper concept of athletic techniques and proposes that athletic techniques be applied into the P.E.courses of primary and junior high schools and that a proper concept of the function of athletic techniques can be of great importance in guiding the teaching and reformation of P.E.courses in primary and junior high schools.
