m running is the terminal intension item between short running and middle running.High requirements are needed for athletes' body ability and other related areas.It's very important to set related affiliated events target according to the characteristics of the item.These targets are the gist for analyzing athletes' current training status and modifying their future training program.Better performance of affiliated events will guarantee the improved score of 400m running.
