摘要
对太极拳运动影响老年人体适能的五个方面 (心肺耐力、肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、柔韧性和身体成分 )的文献资料进行了综述。
As people get aged,their cardiac and respiratory functions and their exercise capability become weakened,and percentage of body fat tends to increase,which constitute a threat for the living quality of the old.In this article,the effect of Tai Chi on improving health related physical fitness of the old is studied,aiming at guiding the old to employ scientific methodology in exercise.
