基因技术是一把双刃剑,其社会效应是两面的,要想使之做到扬利避害,造福人类,促进人的全面发展,就必须建立相应的法律和伦理体系,使基因技术与基因法律、伦理三者之间保持必要的张力,并处于良性互动状态。

Gene technology's social effect has two sides as like a double-edged sword. If we want to exert its strongpoint and elude shortcoming and accelerate people's all-round development, we should set up corresponding laws and ethics systems to make genetic technology, laws and ethics in a benign interactive state.
