肾错构瘤的临床病理特征及其影像诊断价值——附16例报告分析

Clinicopathological analysis and image diagnostic value of renal hamartoma.

目的 探讨肾错构瘤的临床病理特征及影像诊断价值。方法 回顾分析我院 1995年 3月～ 2 0 0 4年1月经手术后病理证实且资料完整的 16例肾错构瘤情况。结果 术前B超确诊率为 4 3 7% ,CT确诊率为 87 5 %。

Objective Toinvestigate the clinicopathological charcteristic and the diagnostic value of image of renal hamartoma. Methods 16 patients hospitalized in our hospital from March 1995 to October 2003 were received surgical procedure, the postoperative pathologic cliagnosis were renal hamartoma, the whole clinical data of these cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The rates of correct diagnosis with Bultrasound and CT were 43.7% and 87.5% .Conclusions There was a higher diagnosis value with Ctfor renal hamartoma.
