摘要
针对造纸工业中浓度测量现状及存在的问题,提出了基于80C196KC单片机的内旋式浓度变送器的设计方案,并重点阐述了实现内旋式浓度变送器二次仪表的硬件电路和软件流程。结果表明,基于80C196KC单片机的内旋式浓度变送器成本较低,运行稳定,能满足设计要求。
In this paper, actuality of pulp consistency measuring has been analyzed in the paper making industry, and designing a method about the rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter based on 96-singlechip to settle the matter of pulp consistency measuring. The paper introduces operating principle of the rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter. Its hardware circuit and software flow design are introduced. Result shows that the system is low cost?high steady and reasonable. It has achieved prospective aim which pulp consistency measuring needs in the paper making industry.
