摘要
介绍快速成形技术中的熔融沉积成形的基本原理,分析了在成形过程中,各种因素对精度的影响,并在此基础上,提出了提高成形件精度和表面质量的措施,对熔融沉积工艺有应用价值。
In this paper,the principle of FDM(fused deposition modeling )is brifed,then the factors which influence the precision in maching process was presented in detail.On this basis,a series of measures are put forwad for improving the precision of parts and surface quality of rapid prototyping,which have successful practical significance.
