摘要
文章认为,能力生成于资源,核心能力生成于稀有的、无形的资源。对报业组织来说,新闻价值观、核心知识是资源,现行报业管理体制下的媒体本身也是资源,报业的核心能力均由此而来。由于和执政党的特殊关系,也由于分享了执政党的公信力和亲和力,党报的稀缺性资源相对更多一些,其核心能力也应该更强。
The author of the present paper holds that competence results from resources and the kernel competence results from rare and formless resources. To the newspaper business, news values and kernel knowledge are resources and the media under the current management system are themselves a resource too. All this produces the kernel competence of the newspaper business. The business shares the public trust and intimacy of the Party in power due to its special relation with the Party in power. As the newspapers run by the Party possess relatively more rare resources, their kernel competence is expected to be stronger.
