摘要
强化后的带锯齿在制材时能减少单位锯材面积上的电耗和锯材加工误差,并能延长带锯条的工作时间,从而提高了制材效率。特别适于锯解硬原木和大径原木的制材厂。
The author of this paper has done a lot of experiments at various sawmills and results show that better technic and economic effects can be obtained.The hardened band sawtooth can decrease electricity consumption of per unit area of lumber in a sawing; also the cutting errors in the sawlumber, at the same time, this hardened band sawtooth can extend the working time of band sawtooth, decrease band sawtooth filing time and increase sawing effieiency. Therefore, this new technigue is specially suitable for sawing hard logs and for log sawmills and for factories concerned.
