摘要
采用自制的脱钙牙本质基质(decalcifieddentinmatrix,DDM)植入家兔股部肌肉陷窝内,观察DDM是否具有异位诱导成骨活性。用生物活性玻璃陶瓷(bioactiveglassceramics,BGC)植入和空白作为对照。结果发现,DDM植入区术后2周有骨样组织形成,3周可见骨小梁形成,4周形成板状骨。BGC植入区或空白对照区无骨形成。说明DDM具有异位诱导成骨活性。
The study was designed to investigate if decalcified dentin matrix (DDM) could induce bone formation after it was implanted in the bilateral muscular pouches of hind legs of 24 rabbits, bioactive glass ceramics (BGC) was taken as control and blank control also presented at the same time. The rabbits were divided into 4 groups (1, 2, 3, 4 weeks), in each group two materials and blank control had equal amount of implantation areas.The results showed that DDM can induce ectopic bone formation while no bine formation in the control groups.
