摘要
通过在日本纯种大耳兔股骨中段植入羟基磷灰石颗粒(HA),观察高压氧对HA引导骨再生作用的影响。通过肉眼、X线、组织形态学观察显示,高压氧组HA颗粒间新骨的生成早于非高压氧组,骨融合水平和骨的成熟度高,提示高压氧对HA引导骨再生有促进作用,能加快HA颗粒间新骨的形成,促进新骨的成熟。
To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on osseous conduction of hydroxyapatite (HA). HA was implant into rabits femoral defcts (n = 20). Experiement group was treated with HBO (once a day, ten times) and control group didn't. The specimens from control and experimental groups were examined at 2. 3.4.6. 8weaks after operation by naked - eye, X-ray, morphological Observation. The resoults suggest that HBO can improve the osseouse conduction of HA.
