致密多晶羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨—煅石膏复合材料的临床应用(31例报告)

Clinical Study for the Composite Material of Dense Polycrystalline Hydroxyapatite Particles with Plaster of Paris(31 cases)

在严格可靠的基础研究及动物实验前提下 ,将HA -PLP复合材料选择性地应用于临床。病例包括牙槽嵴高度保持 ,颧部骨性塌陷畸形矫正 ,上、下颌骨囊肿摘除骨腔填塞及鞍鼻成形等。所有病例无异常反应 ,伤口无HA微粒移漏 ,X -ray显示HA -PLP复合材料成形固位效果好。结果表明该复合材料具有良好的组织相容性 ,有良好的固位作用 ,对人体无毒、无副作用 ,是一种极有应用价值的骨缺损修复材料。此材料的应用还可降低医疗成本 。

Thirty-one patients with vary bony defects were treated with the implantation of the composite material of dense polycrystalline hydroxyapatite particles with plaster of paris. There was no infection and migration of HA particles. All patients got good results. The study demonstrated that the composite material is effective in repairing bony defect with good histocompatilibity. In addition the composite material can be made and sterilized easily.
