羊消化道永久性瘘管手术方法的改进

Improvement of Permanent Fistula Operation in Sheep Alimentary Tract

本研究对原有的羊永久性瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠近端瘘管和回肠末端瘘管的手术方法进行了改进 ,并在实践中得到应用 .结果表明 ,改进后的方法能较快地寻找到十二指肠近端和回肠末端 ,大大缩短了手术操作时间 ;另外 ,在十二指肠近端和回肠末端的自然位置处将瘘管从腹腔穿出后固定 ,避免了肠管的拉伤 ,提高了手术的成功率 .

The operations of permanent fistula in the rumen, at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum in sheep were improved, and were applied in practices. The results showed that the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum were found quickly and the operating time was shortened when the operations improved; the fistula were in the nature sites of the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum and the success rate of operation was increased.
