“探究教学法”在高校健美操教学中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 探究教学法是教师引导学生进行查询、讨论、探索求知的一种教学方法.尝试把探究教学法运用于高校健美操教学,旨在为高校体育教学改革提供实践经验.实验结果表明:①应用探究教学法进行健美操教学的实验组学生在健美操动作完成的准确性、熟练性、表现力及动作与音乐的合拍等方面的得分,与进行传统健美操教学的对照组学生相比,均存在显著差异;②在探究教学过程中,学生的主体性得到充分发挥,学生的创造思维、发现问题、解决问题的能力得到锻炼,学生完成健美操动作的质量得到提高. Teaching by inquiring is a form of teaching, which refers to the way students can acquire relative knowledge under the audition of teachers. By using the method of documentary, experiment, comparison and statistics, the author applies the teaching-by-inquiry to the aerobics exercises teaching in order to provide beneficial material for reforming of physical education in colleges and universities. The results of experiment show as follows: ① compared with tested group and contrasted group, the obvious differences can be found on accuracy of fulfillment on aerobic exercises, proficiency, cooperation between movement and music, and manifestation; ② During the process of teaching, the principal part of students has been brought into full play, and the ability of students on creative thinking, finding out problems and solving problems has been improved greatly.
