In this paper the authors present analysis of the basic design ideas, realization manners and the system framework of the school web teaching system based on web, and probe into the technique details based on OA upon Internet platform.This application system extensively made use of ASP, the relational database of SQL SEVER, Java and VBScript. This paper,making use of kilomega prime web of the basic platform,applying school networks, especially the multi-media,share of educational resourcs and improving communication and modernization of teaching activity, provides a strongly embranchment resolving scheme for the construction of school system information.
