摘要
通过制定高新技术产业评判指标,建立综合模糊评判模型,应用于2002年山东省各市高新技术产业发展评判。评判结果与实际相符,运用模糊层次分析对高新技术产业发展进行评判有广阔的应用前景。
This paper sets up a fuzzy evaluation model through development of the evaluation indexes of high-tech industry. By using this model in evaluating the 2002 high-tech industry of Shandong province, the results are accorded with the facts. The fuzzy-analytic hierarchy process can be widely used in evaluation of high-tech industry.
