摘要
针对原阜新煤气厂含酚等有毒有机废水的生物处理工艺存在的问题,提出以二段活性污泥法工艺处理含酚等有毒有机废水,并利用再生、延时曝气进行强化处理,实践证明运行效果非常显著,能使挥发酚总去除率达到99.83%,氰化物总去除率达到75%,出水各项污染指标基本达到《污水综合排放标准》二级,只是COD略超标,并省去污泥处理设施,工艺简单,操作管理方便。
Aimed aton the existing problems in biological treatment processes of phenol-bearing poisonous and organic wastewater from Fuxin gasworks, this paper brings up that two-stage activated sludge system treats phenol-bearing wastewater and that regenerated and extended aerations are used to enhance effects, The results show that the operating effect is distinct, the total phenol removal efficiency can reach (99.83%), total removal efficiency of cyanide can reach 75%. But the CODcr is over slightly the standard.All other figures can reach Grade Ⅱ of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard, and the sludge equipment is saved, the process is simple , operato and management are convenient.
