A Frame of Surveillance Based on Unified Frame of Software Project Process Management

融合现代软件工程技术、项目管理、软件开发过程和软件能力成熟度模型的思想,以软件工程项目生命周期为基础,对统一软件开发过程进行了拓展;提出了基于可视化的统一软件项目过程管理的监理框架。基于该框架实现了软件项目过程管理、目标管理同监理过程的结合,将软件开发过程中的核心工作流程、关键过程与活动、计划、控制和人员组织等管理活动纳入一个基于软件项目生命周期的可视化过程监理框架内,使得软件项目监理过程实施更具有规范化、可控性和可操作性。

Based on the life circle of software engineering project, the spirit of modern software engineering, project management and CMM were fused in the paper, and a frame of Surveillance based on a visualized unified software project process management was proposed, which developed the unified software development process. In the process, the software project process management and object management were combined together, and the kernel work flow, key process and activities, planning, control and resource management were arranged into the the frame of Surveillance based on visualized unified process, thereofore, in which the surveillance of software project can be defined, scheduled, measured and controlled.
