摘要
应用“双板结构”模拟板成功地模拟了高湍流度畸变流场。模拟结果表明:板间距离增加将使板后流场平均总压恢复系数下降;第二块板有改变稳态畸变值和调整畸变图谱的作用。由此得到“双板结构”模拟板模拟高湍流度畸变流场的设计原则:第一块板应以宽板为主,以产生高湍流度畸变流场;第二块板起调整图谱,改变畸变值的作用。实验还表明“双板结构”模拟板畸变特性随Ma数的变化与“单板结构”明显不同。
In this paper, it is depicted that the 'double-plate simulater' has been used to simulate successively a distorted flow field with high turbulence level of 2.87% and steady state pressure distortion index DC90 of 0.196. The effect of the distance between the two plates on the properties of simulated distortion flow field, such as average turbulence level, total pressure recovery, steady state distortion values and contour maps, and the function of each plate in the simulation of the distortion flow field are discussed. The principles of designing the 'double-plate simulator' are given. The distortion properties of the flow field after the simulator are described.
