当前大学毕业生就业形势严峻,实现大学毕业生顺利就业是一项复杂的系统工程,高校应从市场调整结构,强化实践,立足基层艰苦创业,完善政策优化环境等方面适应新形势的要求做好毕业生就业工作。

At present, the employment of college graduates witnesses a severe challenge. It takes hard and complex work to realize the full employment for college graduates. Universities and college should meet the needs of new situation and do a good job for graduate' s employment by adjusting their structures and mechanism according to the market, strengthening function by practice, taking painstaking efforts, perfecting the policy, optimizing the enviroment.
