临床护理路径在气管、支气管异物患者手术前后护理中的初步应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Path in Nursing of Patients with Foreign Bodies in Trachea and Bronchi

目的 探讨临床护理路径 (C .N .P ,Clinicalnursingpath)在气管、支气管异物患者手术前后护理中的应用价值。方法 建立气管、支气管异物临床护理路径 ,并对 5 5例气管、支气管异物患者实施护理。结果 应用临床护理路径护理组患者的医疗护理质量明显提高、平均住院日和医疗费用明显降低 ,患者和家属对疾病知识测试的优良率和对护理服务满意率也显著增加 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性。结论 在临床护理工作中应用护理路径可缩短平均住院日、减低医疗成本、减少医疗资源的浪费 。

Objective To evaluate the value of clinical nursing path in nursing of the patients with foreign bodies in the trachea and bronchi pre- and post- operation. Methods The clinical nursing path of the patients with foreign bodies in the trachea and bronchi was established. 105 patients with foreign bodies in the trachea and bronchi were collected and were divided into observation and control groups randomly. The two groups were nursed by the clinical nursing path and the conventional clinical routine method, respectively. The results of two groups were compared. Results The quality of medical treatment and nursing was improved markedly and the average time in hospital and the expenses of medical treatment and nursing were reduced greatly in the group nursed by clinical nursing path. The differences between observation and control group were significant(P<0.05). Conclusions It may shorten the average time in hospital, reduce the expenses of medical treatment and nursing and decrease the waste of medical resources by using the clinical nursing path. Furthermore, it can make the patients obtain the optimal service of medical treatment and nursing.
