摘要 瑞士Sensirion公司的智能型温湿度传感器SHT11具有数字式输出、免调试、免外围电路、功耗低、高可靠性及全互换的特点。本文介绍了其内部结构、测量原理,分析了其非线性补偿、温度补偿及自动校准技术,并以水果保鲜库温、湿度控制系统为例介绍了SHT11的典型应用。 The sensor SHT11 is introduced in the paper, which has some characteristics such as digital output, no debug, no peripheral circuit, low power, high reliability and completely interchangeable. Interior structure of this sensor is introduced as well as the measurement theory. The technology of non-liner compensation and temperature compensation are analyzed at the same time, so does the technology of automatic adjusting. At last, the typical applications of sensor SHT11 are presented.
