紫花苜蓿-根瘤菌高效共生体筛选及田间作用效果 被引量:41

Screening of highly-effective Sinorhizobium meliloti strains for Medicago sativa cultivars and their field inoculation

摘要 从中国农业大学根瘤菌菌种保藏中心筛选出19株紫花苜蓿根瘤菌,利用河北吴桥的土壤,经温室盆栽试验筛选出适合Vector紫花苜蓿品种的3株高效根瘤菌CCBAU30138,CCBAUN210及CCBAUN96077。并将3株菌进行田间接种效果验证,田间试验结果表明,接种CCBAU30138,CCBAUN210和CCBAUN96077后,全年干草产量分别比对照增加11.9%,10.2%和13.7%,单位面积蛋白质产量比对照增产19.63%,15.63%和13.59%。上述结果说明,通过土壤筛选的高效根瘤菌可以应用到生产中。 Nineteen strains were screened from the center of Agro-Microbial Resource and Application. Soil from Wuqiao county to screen highly-effective strains for Vector (a cultivar of Medicago sativa) in pot in greenhouse was used in this study. Strains of CCBAU30138, CCBAU96077 and CCBAUN210 were selected by this way. Experiments were conducted in field to test their inoculating responses. Compared with the uninoculated, the hay yield of M.sativa was increased (11.9%), (10.2%) and (13.73%) after inoculating with the strains of CCBAU30138, CCBAU96077 and CCBAUN210, respectively. And the yield of crude protein (CP) was increased (19.63%), (15.63%) and 13.59% accordingly. These results indicated that highly-effective Sinorhizobium meliloti screened from soil and M.sativa cultivar could be applied in M.sativa production.
