The Modernity of Contemporary Literary Theoretical Criticism ——Comments on the Recent Debates about the Modernity of Contemporary Literary Criticism

在全球化背景下,关于当代文学及文学理论批评的现代性与后现代性问题,是近年来我国理论界关注和讨论的前沿性问题之一。本文对这一讨论的缘起、理论界关于西方现代性问题的理解,以及对我国文学理论现代性的内涵、中国文学现代性的生成等问题的探讨进行了梳理与分析,并对当今文学理论批评应当坚守的现代性立场阐发了自己的见解。

In the globalization context,the debates about the modernity and post-modernity of the contemporary literary criticism has attracted much attention and has become one of the frontiers in literary circle recently. This article presents critical analysis of the origin of the debates, the theoretical opinions about western modernity, the connotation of the literary theory modernity and the making of the Chinese literature modernity. Finally, the article argues that the critics should hold the ground of the modernity of contemporary literary theoretical criticism.
