摘要 近来,教育管理、教育政策研究多采用文化分析的方法。但是这些研究中的"文化" 概念本身需要持续不断的分析。"文化"不是一种增加利益的工具,而是一种关注组织内部动力关 系和组织外部更为宽广的社会关系的观念或视角。这种关系视角把学校看作场所,文化的塑造是 一个社会的和政治的过程。要理解学校教育,就要理解教育文化反映组织动力的方式,以及学校 教育在复杂的社会形态中的文化定位。
