摘要
通过对各类添加剂性能的考察,确定了RHY3531船用气缸油复合剂的配方组成。对应用该剂的油品进行理化分析、台架实验和实船使用试验,结果表明:使用RHY3531船用气缸油复合剂调制的船用气缸油具有良好的抗磨性和清净分散性,能够满足低速十字头发动机的润滑要求,同时RHY3531船用气缸油复合剂具有良好的贮存稳定性和经济性,有广阔的市场前景和良好的经济效益。
The formula composition of marine cylinder oil additive package RHY3531 are determined by investigating the compatibilities of various additives. The results of physicochemical analysis, bench test and service test show that, the marine cylinder oil formulated by RHY3531 possesses good anti-wear property and detergent dispersancy,can meet the lubrication requirements of cross head engine with low speed. At the same time, this package has excellent storage stability and economy, with wide marketing future and good economic benefit.
