T4208 AUTOMOBILE GEAR OIL ADDITIVE PACKAGE AND ITS APPLICATION

介绍了T4208车辆齿轮油复合剂组成和性能特点,该复合剂具有优良极压抗磨减摩性、防锈防腐性、热氧化稳定性、抗磨耐久性以及与不同基础油的适应性,该复合剂以4.2%加剂量应用于克拉玛依加氢基础油KH150BS与大庆加氢基础油HVIWH350中,所研制的80W/90重负荷车辆齿轮油通过了CRCL-42、L-37、L-33、L-60、L-60-1全尺寸齿轮台架,油品的性质、性能达到且超过APIGL-5规格要求。

The composition and performance features of T4208 automobile gear oil additive package were introduced.This additive package exhibited superior EP antiwear & antifriction properties,antirust & anticorrosion properties,thermal oxidation stability,antiwear viability as well as the adaptability for various base oils.4.2% of this additive package was added to KH 150BS hydrogenated base oil of Karamay Refinery and HVIW H350 hydrogenated base oil of Daqing Refinery respectively to develop the 80W/90 heavy duty automobile gear oil.The formulated oil passed CRC L-42,L-37,L-33,L-60,L-60-1 tests,reached and exceeded the requirements of API GL-5 specification.
