摘要
从创新的理论来看,组织创新是企业一切创新活力的源泉与根本。所谓组织创新,就是企业为适应市场环境变化而引起的组织的新组合,以提高运行效率。组织创新是一个系统工程,涉及观念、体制、机制、文化、技术等多个层次;为此,要确立“以人为本”的理念,通过适时地调整削减层级、防止分工过度过细、重视创新观念教育与企业文化培育等决策性措施,以应对各种挑战,使企业在创新中不断得到发展。
Organizational innovation for business enterprises is further approached in this paper from the angles of creative and managerial theories. It emphasizes the necessity and urgency of organizational innovation in the new historical period to the enterprises , and it also initiates to enhance the creative consciousness for entrepreneurs. In addition, it proposes some decisive suggestions on the organizational innovation,so as to guide entrepreneurs to shape the innovation ideology and implement organizational innovation effectively.
