氰戊菊酯的毒性研究

摘要 氰戊菊酯是第一个非三碳环骨架的拟除虫菊酯。在本研究中,对大、小鼠的经口LD_(50)分别为215mg/kg和93.33mg/kg,具中等毒性。其中毒症状与α-CN拟除虫菊酯的Ⅱ型(CS型)症状(不安、流涎、抽搐和后肢姿态异常)相符合。对大鼠的蓄积系数为6.8,无明显的蓄积毒性。其5%的水乳剂对眼和皮肤不呈现通常的刺激征象(红肿等),但对皮肤可出现一种感觉神经过敏的刺激反应。对小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验呈阴性结果。 The article is concerned with the toxicity of fenvalerate in rats, mice and rabbits. In acute toxicity testing, the oral LD_(50) of fenvalerate were 215mg/kg and 93.33mg/kg to rat and mouse respectively, showing that fenvalerate has a moderate acute toxicity. It has been proved that the cumulation toxicity is very weak in rats, and that the cumulative index is 6.8. In irritation testing we used the standard method to test for skin and eye irritation on the rabbit with the emulsion of fenvalerate, indicating that the 5% watery emulsion did not cause any general irritant signs to the rabbit eye or rabbit intact skin. The micronucleus test in erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow demonstrated that the total micronucleus yield from all treatment groups with 40mg/kg and 80mg/kg fenvaleratc was not significantly increased as compared with the vehicle (negative) control (P>0.05). But cyclophoshamide (positive control) caused a significant increase in the incidence of micronuclei (P<0.001). Fenvalerate gave a negative response in micronucleus test.
