立足海洋世纪 做好“海”字文章——谈沿海地市报如何办出自己的海洋特色

Based on the Ocean Century to Compose Articles on “Seas”Well ——On how to run the local newspapers with marine characteristics in the coastal districts and cities

沿海地市报应在全方位做好“海”字文章,题材选择、谋篇布局上突出海洋特色。为此要加强科技兴渔的宣传,抓好“伏休”及有关海洋性法规的宣传,刊登海味十足的副刊文章,努力办出一张富有海洋特色的地市报。

Attention should be paid to the articles on “seas”in the lacal newspapers of coastal districts and cities, typical of marine features in the choice of materials and layout. So we must strengthen the propaganda of rejuvenating fishery through science and technology, do well the propaganda of “summer suspension of fishing”and marine rules and regulations, and carry ocean-oriented supplementary articles. Great effort should be made to run a local newspaper of a district or a city with marine characteristics.
