海岛棉不同果枝品种间杂交产量性状的遗传及F_1和F_2群体优势分析 被引量:6

Genetic Analysis of Yield Traits and Population Heterosis for F_1 and F_2 between Different Fruit-Branch Type Cultivars in Island Cotton

摘要 采用MINQUE(1)统计方法及AD模型对 9个海岛棉品种 (系 )及其 2 0个F1组合 9个产量性状的 2年资料进行了遗传分析。结果表明 ,海岛棉长果枝与零式果枝品种间杂交 ,各产量性状均存在极显著的加性效应方差比例 ;衣分、铃重、霜后铃数、总铃数和皮棉产量存在极显著的显性效应 ;均存在显性与环境的互作。品种 3836具有霜前铃数和霜前皮棉产量等性状高的加性效应。F1和F2 产量性状平均遗传表现为无正向超亲优势 ,其皮棉产量有 2 0 %以上的正向群体平均优势 ,霜前皮棉产量无正向平均优势。 yield traits of 9 parents of hybridization between “O” and “Long-Fruit-branch” plant type cultivars and their 20 F 1 crosses of Island Cotton for two years were analyzed for their additive and dominance effects by MINQUE(1) approaches. The results indicated that all 9 yield traits of F 1 had highly significant additive effects in Island Cotton. Lint percentage, boll weight, boll number at post-frost, total boll number and total lint yield were showed highly significant dominance effects. The interactions between dominance effects and environment were wholly significant. Cultivar “3836” had high additive effects on boll number at pre-frost and lint yield at pre-frost. The heterosis of yield traits were analyzed by the genetic model of additive-dominance by MINQUE(1) approaches for predicting the genotypic value and heterosis. On the average, the average heredity was that the yield traits were highly significantly negative for the population better-parental heterosis of crosses between “Long-Fruit-Branch” and “O” type fruit branch in Island Cotton. The positive mean heterosis on total lint yield for F 1 and F 2 were above 20%, lint yield at pre-frost had no positive mean heterosis.
