In the new period of constructing a well-off society in an all-round way, it is imperative to innovate our job for helping the poor, which is accompanied with many opportunities. We should cultivate their own subjective consciousness to realize their ideological innovation,mobilize as many resources as possible to raise the efficiency, train specialists by education, and carry out innovation about helping the poor to make continuous break-through.
