An Introduction of the Educational Quality Control System of Local Universities

高等教育如此快速发展,在我国前所未有。在新一轮竞争中,地方高校教育质量问题显得非常重要。作为高校教育管理核心之一的教学质量管理,应从改变观念入手,构建教学质量运行管理新机制,并建立一个由内部和外部监控评价组成的完善教学质量管理体系。

This paper will set forth the management of local universities education,regarding as higher education developing rapidly in our country now and the problems of local universities education becoming more and more important.It suggests that we should start with changing our traditional views,then build a functional system of teaching quality, and a perfect educational quality control system which consists of external and internal supervision and evaluation and controlling systems.
