摘要
建立了不完全数据和无失效数据秩分布理论。给出了失效数据和中止数据的百分位秩和平均秩。从而可以成功地对实验中或外场的不完全数据和无失效数据进行统计分析,并提供最佳试验设计和最大限度地进行信息开发。
There are lots of incomplete data and zero failure data in the real engineering world. A theory of incomplete data rank distributions and zero failure data rank distributions is established. Thus the percentile ranks and mean ranks of the failure data and suspension data in them are given. On the basis of the theory, the incomplete data and zero failure data can satisfactorily be treated. The optimum design and analysis of engineering experiments may be provided in coordination with the constraints of the experimental time or cost. It is simple and convenient for application in engineering.
