Effec of Topically Used Iodophor on Wound Treatment in Edrly Burned Patients

目的 探讨碘附 (碘伏 )在烧伤创面治疗中的应用价值 ,为早期烧伤创面用药的合理选择和应用提供参考依据。方法 选择新入院的90例火焰烧伤患者 ,随机分成三组 ,每组 3 0例 ;烧伤创面简单清创后 ,其中一组采用创面涂碘附的方法治疗 ,另两组分别采用复方紫草油或磺胺嘧啶银 (SD Ag)治疗 ;比较三组患者的一般资料、创面细菌感染率、抗生素使用时间和创面愈合时间。结果 三组患者的平均年龄、烧伤总面积、Ⅲ度烧伤面积和用药方式没有显著差异 ;碘附治疗组的细菌感染率、抗生素使用时间和创面愈合时间均显著少于其他两组 ,且碘附药源丰富、使用方便、价格低廉。结论 同复方紫草油和SD Ag相比 ,碘附具有更强的抗感染能力 ,能间接促进早期烧伤创面愈合 ;

Objective To evaluate the effect of topically used iodophor on early burned wound and to offer reference for clinical selecting and using topical agents reasonably. Methods Ninety patients with large size of burn wounds were at random allotted into three groups, of which 30 patients were treated with topically used iodophor while the other 60 with Oleum Lithospermi or silver sulphadiazine (SD-Ag) as controls. The general data of the patients, the wound infection rates, the duration of antibiotics use, and the state of wound healing were investigated.Results There were no significant differences among the three groups in average age, wound size and method of agent administration, but the wound infection rate, the duration of antibiotics use and the time of wound healing in iodophor group were remarkably reduced when compared with that of the controls. Conclusion Iodophor possesses more powerful anti-infechtion property than control agents. And it may indirectly promote the healing of early burn wound. Thus, iodophor is suitable for topical use on early burn wound in almost all ranks of hospital.
