中医辨证施治联合静脉给氧对前部缺血性视神经病变ERG和VEP的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine plus Venous Oxygen Therapy on Electroretinogram and Visual Evoked Potential of Ischemic Disease of Anterior Optic Nerve

目的 探讨中医辨证施治联合静脉给氧对前部缺血性视神经病变视网膜电图 (ERG)和视觉诱发电位 (VEP)的影响。方法 依据病史、眼底表现、视野检查及荧光素眼底血管造影确诊为“前部缺血性视神经病变”的患者 44例 60只眼 ,随机分为观察组 2 4例及对照组 2 0例。观察组在与对照组治疗完全相同的基础上加用中医辨证施治及静脉给氧。结果 反应视网膜供血的OPS观察组与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,VEP之P10 0波潜时在高空间频率时两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余指标无明显差异 ;观察组与治疗前比较有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但与正常组比较仍有显著差距。结论 中医辨证施治联合静脉给氧对缺血性视神经病变OPS及VEP振幅有明显的改善作用 ,但该病视功能损害严重 。

Objective To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus venous oxygen therapy on electroretinogram (ERG) and visual evoked potential (VEP) of ischemic disease of anterior optic nerve. Methods Forty-four patients (60 eyes) diagnosed with ischemic disease of anterior optic nerve were divided into observing group (24 patients) and control group (20 patients). Basic therapy was administered onto both of the two groups, but traditional Chinese medicine plus venous oxygen therapy was additionally utilized in the observing group.Results The two groups significantly differed in OPS (P<0.05), which reflected the blood supply of retina, and there was clear difference in high spatial frequency P100 wave's latent period in VEP after therapy (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plus venous oxygen therapy improves OPS and the amplitude of VEP, though complete restoration in electrophysiological indexes is hard to be reached due to severe damage of optic function.
