胸部手术后肺炎临床分析

The Clinica Analysis of Thoracic Postoperative Pneumonia

目的 探讨胸部手术术后肺炎的防治方法。方法 对我院 1997— 2 0 0 2年间 65例食管、肺手术术后肺炎患者进行了回顾总结 ,分析其病因及诊断治疗方法。结果 63例治愈出院 ,死亡 2例。

Objective To evaluate the preventive methods to postoperative pnemonia after thoracic surgery. Methods Sixty-five patients with pneumonia after esophagus and lung operation were retrospectively analyzed on the aspects of cause, diagnosis and therapy. Results Out of 65, 63 cases healed up and 2 cases died.Conclusion The pneumonia after thoracic surgery should be prevented. Early steps and antibiotic applications are the key to successful management of postoperative pnemonia.
