Current Status and Application Perspective of Immunostimulants in Aquaculture

摘要 The epidemic of diseases, which impeded the continual and healthy development in aquaculture, has been a thorny problem for long time. Several immunostimulants including glucan, seaweed polysaccharides, chitin, vitamins C and E have been applied to aquatic animals and showed a good results to enhance the non- specific immune in aquatic commercial animals significantly. In this article, the current research status of the immunostimulants in aquaculture is summarized and application perspective and consideration of the immunostimulants in aquaculture is discussed.
