摘要
研究了Ti(SO4)2/SiO2在油酸异辛酯合成反应中的催化性能,对影响酯化的条件进行了优化,优化条件如下:催化剂用量0.2%,反应时间3h,n(油酸)∶n(异辛醇)=1∶1.2,反应温度225℃。优化条件下,油酸的酯化率98%,收率达到97%。
Ti(SO4)2/SiO2 was used as a catalyst for esterification of isooctyl oleate. The reaction conditions were optimized as follows: catalyst amount 0.2%,reaction time 3.0 h, ratio of oleic acid : isooctyl alcohol 1:1.2 and reaction temperature 225℃.Under the optimum conditions, esterification of oleic acid was 98%,the yield reached 97%.
