摘要
本文用单分子生长方程模拟植物叶片在水中吸水饱和过程,通过数学推导得到叶片饱和鲜重的计算公式:W=(W_1~2-W_0·W_2)/(2W_1-W_0-W_2)式中,W_T为饱和鲜重:W_0为起始鲜重;W_1为浸水t_0时间后的叶片重;W_2为再次浸水t_0时间后的叶片重。 经多次实测,结果表明:用该公式可以在较短的时间内(一般2小时)获得饱和鲜重W_Tt的估计值,从而快速得到叶片相对含水量值,同时可减少常规测定中的一些误差。
The measurement of turgidity fresh weight takes much time and produces many test errors. In order to solve the problems mentioned above more accurately, a monomoleeular growth formula is adopted in this paper.With mathematic deduction, the formula to count the turgidity fresh weight (W_T) can be obtained. W_T, is equal to the square of the weight obtained after t_0 hours in distilled water (W_1) minus primitive fresh weight (W_0) multiplied by the weight obtained after 2t_0 hours in distilled water (W_2), all divided by 2W_1 minus (W_0 and W_2).A few experiments have been done and the conclusion is expressed as foll0ws: When the value of RWC which is obtained from W_T calculated with formula as above is compared with the value of RWC obtained from turgidity curve, the relative error is very little and can be neglected. So that, the period of W_T measurement is shorten to two hours.
