摘要 针对中原油田高温高矿化度的特点,研制了一种能缓慢释放氢离子的颗粒控制剂,它可以直接加入到硅酸钠溶液中,并能控制硅酸钠溶液的成胶速度;讨论了水玻璃稀释体系成胶速度的影响因素及其在小岩心中的封堵性能。结论是:成胶时间随硅酸钠含量的增大或温度的上升而缩短;该体系不仅在岩心中具有较好的封堵性能,同时在现场应用中已取得较好的试验结果,是一种性能优良的调剖体系。 In consideration of the characteristics of high temperature and high salinity in Zhongyuan Oilfield, a particle control agent, which can release the hydrogen ions slowly, is developed, the a-gent can be directly added into sodium silitate solution, by which the gelling velocity of sodium sili-tate solution can be controlled. The influence factors of the gelling velocity of a sodium silitate dilution system and its blocking properties in small cores are discussed. The conclusion is that the gelling time is shortened with the increase of the sodium silitate content or temperature. The system has better performance of blocking, and better results are achieved in field application, which indicates that it is a good profile control system.
