摘要
为探讨提高木薯抗旱能力的化学调控技术,以GR911品种作材料,于块根膨大期叶面喷施500mg/L和1000mg/L多效唑(PP333)溶液,结果表明:PP333显著提高木薯的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及脯氨酸(prol.)的含量,同时降低丙二醛(MDA)含量和电解质渗漏率。从而证明,叶面喷施PP333可以有效提高木薯适应干旱逆境的潜在能力。
For studying the technology of chemical control in raising the drought resistance of cassava,variety GR911 was used as testing material and was sprayed 500 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L paclobutrazol (PP333) on the leaves during expanding period of root tubers. It was found that PP333 could promote the activities of POD,CAT and SOD,increase the content of proline,but reduce the content of MDA and the ratio of electrolytes leakage. These results showed that PP333 could improve the drought resistance of cassava.
