摘要
在室内条件下研究了Glomusmosseae和Glomusversiforme与草莓共生后对由大丽轮枝菌(VerticilliumdahliaeKelb)引起的草莓黄萎病的抗病效果。结果表明:两种VAM真菌对草莓黄萎病均有明显的防效。与对照相比接种G.mosseae和G.versiforme的处理病情指数分别降低39 4和34 7,防效分别为66 22%和58 32%。此外,两种VAM真菌对草莓生长有明显的促进作用,接种G.mosseae和G.versiforme处理的单株株高、茎粗、根长和地上部鲜重等各项指标均明显高于对照。
The resistance to strawberry Verticillium wilt caused by Verticillium dahliae was studied after the symbiosis between strawberry and Glomus mosseae and Glomus versiforme. The results showed both the G.mosseae and G.versiforme have obvious control resistance to strawberry Verticillium wilt. Comparing with the control, the disease index(DI) of the treatment inoculated with G.mosseae and of the treatment with G.versiforme were reduced by 39.4 and 34.7 respectively, the control effection is 66.22% and 58.32% respectively. In addition, the two VAM fungi showed obvious effection of promoting growth. The plant height, diameter of stem, length of root, fresh weight of shoot of both treatments inoculated with G.mosseae and G.versiforme were significantly higher than that of the control.
