摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测草莓根系分泌物和腐解物中酚酸类物质,并对这两类物质中对羟基苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、丁香酸、香草酸、阿魏酸和苯甲酸的含量进行了检测。在草莓的根系分泌物醇(水)提液中均只检测到了含量相对较高的对羟基苯甲酸;根系腐解物醇提液和水提液中分别检测到6种和5种酚酸,其中邻苯二甲酸含量较高;6种酚酸中对羟基苯甲酸对草莓组培苗生长的抑制作用最强。
A method for measuringρ-hydrobenzoic acid, Pathalic acid, Syringic acid, Vanllic acid, Benzoic acid and Frulic acid was founded by using HPLC. The method was used to measure the six phenolic acids in strawberry root exudates and decomposing products. Allelopathy of each phenolic acid was studied by using technique of tissue culture. Results showed that six and five kinds of phenolic acids were discovered in water-extract and ethanol-extract liquid of strawberry root decomposing products respectively. But ρ-hydrobenzoic acid was the only one discovered in strawberry root exudates. The restrain of ρ-hydrobenzoic acid on growth of strawberry tissue culture seedling was stronger than other five kinds of phenolic acids. Among all acids measured, content of pathalic acid was the highest.
