喷雾-喷动床半干法烟气脱硫研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种新型的喷雾-喷动床半干法烟气脱硫技术。研究了Ca/S摩尔比、入口SO2浓度、进气温度、表观气速、静床层高度及喷动粒子直径等对脱硫率的影响。结果表明:脱硫率随着Ca/S摩尔比、入口SO2浓度、静床层高度的增大而增大;而随进气温度、表观气速、喷动粒子直径的增大而减小。用Ca(OH)2做脱硫剂,Ca/S大约为1时,脱硫率可达90%以上。此脱硫技术具有流态化性能好,传热传质效率高,脱硫效果好等突出优点,特别适合于中小型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫。 A new semi-dry desulfurization using spray spouted bed was introduced in the paper. Some effects on SO_2 removal were tested, such as Ca/S molar ratio, inlet concentration of SO_2, static bed height, gas inlet temperature, spouted velocity and diameter of spouted particles. SO_2 removal efficiency was enhanced by increasing Ca/S molar ratio, inlet concentration of SO_2, static bed height and decreasing gas inlet temperature,spouted velocity and diameter of spouted particles. It was demonstrated that SO_2 removal of 90% can achieved at Ca/S=1 when Ca(OH)_2 was used as desulfurizer. This technology is suitable for medium-sized and pint-sized boilers of burning coal because of excellent capability in fluidization,transfering heat and mass,desulfurization effect.
